[ 29/09/2026 ] بحضور المهندس نجيب ساويرس رئيس مجلس إدارة أورا ، والمهندس محمد درة نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة شركات درة ، وقّعت شركة أورا العراق عقد إسناد الأعمال الإنشائية للمرحلة الأولى من مشروع «مدينة الورد» إلى الشركة «الهندسية للإنشاء والتعمير – درة» (CRC Dorra). ويمثل التوقيع خطوة جديدة في تنفيذ المشروع ، تعكس التزام أورا بالتعاون مع كبرى شركات المقاولات ذات الخبرة الدولية لتحقيق رؤيتها العمرانية في العراق .ويأتي توقيع العقد عقب استكمال شركة «باور تشينا» الصينية نطاق الأعمال المسندة إليها ، والمتمثل في الأعمال الترابية وتجهيز وتأسيس التربة للمرحلة الأولى من المشروع ، ويمهد إنجاز هذه الأعمال لبدء مرحلة الإنشاءات مع «الشركة الهندسية للإنشاء والتعمير -درة» ، والبناء على ما تحقق من تقدم في الموقع .

Cairo – [28/09/2026]: In the presence of Eng. Naguib Sawiris, Chairman of ORA, and Eng. Mohamed Dorra, Vice Chairman of Dorra Group, ORA Iraq signed a contract awarding the construction works for Phase One of Madinat Al Ward to CRC Dorra. The signing marks another step forward in the project’s development, reflecting ORA’s commitment to partnering with leading contractors with international expertise to realize its vision for urban development in Iraq.
The signing follows the completion of POWERCHINA’s assigned scope of work, comprising earthworks and ground preparation for Phase One of the project. The completion of these works paves the way for CRC Dorra to commence construction, building on the progress already achieved on site.
