نجحت مستشفى “تداوى بالإمارات” في أنقاذ وعلاج حالة مرضية نادرة حيث تم تشكيل فريق طبي متكامل في مستشفى تداوي، ضم تخصصات الجراحة والجهاز الهضمي والتغذية والقلب والصدر والغدد الصماء، وتبين أن المريض أجرى عملية تحويل مسار للمعدة لم تكن مناسبة له، ما تسبب في إصابته بمضاعفات ناتجة عن تهيج الأمعاء نتيجة مرور أملاح العصارة الصفراوية.
وتم إجراء جراحة للمريض لإعادة مسار المعدة إلى الوضع الطبيعي لتفادي تأثره بأملاح العصارة الصفراوية، مشيرا إلى أن العملية كانت معقدة نظرا لكبر عمر المريض، ولصغر حجم المعدة بعد إجراء جراحة قص سابقة لها. وتمكن الفريق الجراحي في مستشفى تداوي من إعادة التشريح الطبيعي لمسار المعدة في جراحة استغرقت أربع ساعات، ما أنهى معاناة المريض، واستعاد عافيته وحالته الطبيعية.
وقال سعادة مروان إبراهيم حاجي ناصر رئيس مجلس الإدارة المدير التنفيذي لمجموعة تداوي للرعاية الصحية بدبي إن حالة المريض كانت محيرة للأطباء، وكان من الصعب تشخيصها في عدة مستشفيات على مدار ما يزيد على عام، لكن الفريق الطبي في تداوي نجح في تشخيص الحالة وأجرى له جراحة أعادته إلى حالته الطبيعية وخلصته من المضاعفات في زمن قياسي بعد معاناة طويلة.
وأوضح الدكتور أوس خضر جاسم، استشاري جراحة البدانة والجراحة العامة في مستشفى تداوي، أن المريض علي حسن سلمان وصل إلى المستشفى يعاني أعراضا معوية شديدة بعد إجرائه عملية قص معدة وعملية تحويل مسار في مستشفى آخر، مشيرا إلى أنه زار عدة مستشفيات وخضع فيها لفحوصات عديدة لتشخيص حالته، لكن حالته كانت محيرة ولم يتم تشخيصها لعلاجه من المضاعفات المستمرة.
من جانبه وجه المريض ” د على حسن سلمان ناصر ” الشكر والتقدير للفريق الطبى بمستشفى تداوى بالإمارات لعلاجه من حالة مرضية نادرة حيث تمكن فريق طبي في مستشفى تداوي بدبي من إنهاء معاناة مواطن ستيني تعرض لمضاعفات طبية استمرت لأكثر من عام، بعد إجراء جراحة لتحويل مسار المعدة.

Tadawi Hospital in the UAE successfully saved and treated a rare medical case. A comprehensive medical team was assembled at Tadawi Hospital, including specialists in surgery, gastroenterology, nutrition, cardiology, pulmonology, and endocrinology. It was determined that the patient had undergone a gastric bypass surgery that was unsuitable for him, resulting in complications due to intestinal irritation caused by the passage of bile salts.
The patient underwent surgery to reposition his stomach to its normal course to prevent further damage from bile salts. The procedure was complex due to the patient’s advanced age and the reduced size of his stomach following a previous gastric bypass surgery. The surgical team at Tadawi Hospital successfully restored the natural anatomy of the stomach in a four-hour operation, ending the patient’s suffering and allowing him to recover fully.
His Excellency Marwan Ibrahim Haji Nasser, Chairman and CEO of Tadawi Healthcare Group in Dubai, stated that the patient’s case had baffled doctors and proved difficult to diagnose at several hospitals over a period of more than a year. However, the medical team at Tadawi successfully diagnosed the condition and performed surgery that restored him to his normal state and relieved him of complications in record time after a prolonged period of suffering.
Dr. Aws Khader Jassim, Consultant in Bariatric and General Surgery at Tadawi Hospital, explained that the patient, Ali Hassan Salman, arrived at the hospital suffering from severe intestinal symptoms after undergoing gastric sleeve and gastric bypass surgery at another hospital. He noted that the patient had visited several hospitals and undergone numerous tests to diagnose his condition, but it remained perplexing and could not be diagnosed, leading to persistent complications.
For his part, the patient, Dr. Ali Hassan Salman Nasser, expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the medical team at Tadawi Hospital in the UAE for treating his rare medical condition.
